Please note that your use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "agreement"). We have created these Terms & Conditions to inform you what information we collect on this website, how we use your information, and the choices you have about the way your information is collected and used. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. Your use of this website indicates that you have read and accepted our privacy practices, as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

WEBSITE CONTENT
The contents of this website, and the website as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of products from the website) use by the users of this website. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the website, or any related software. This includes illegal reproduction of work, copy, content and items that are available for purchase through the store.

PRIVACY
Karina K Pigozne will not sell, trade, or supply your information to anyone. The Shop part of this website collects personal information when you shop and register there. This information will be used to inform you of new products, sample sales, or updates on our site infrequently. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. When you place an order through this website, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address and credit card number. We will use this information to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about it. Occasionally, Karina K Pigozne may need to contact you by email if there are questions regarding your order.

SECURITY
Protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) as provided by Squarespace to protect the security of your online order information as it is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Karina K Pigozne. To double-check for security, you can tell that the “http” in the web address will be replaced by “https”. Secure pages slow down websites so you will only see this on our checkout pages.

TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed on this website. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we need to make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.

CUSTOM FEES/DUTIES/TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties or VAT charges applied at reception of the products.

PATTERN SHOP

  • Every exclusive colour-way can be bought (owned) by one person only. Please DO NOT share the design with any other parties

  • Non-exclusive color-way can be bought multiple times by multiple different customers

  • With purchase you own the licence to use the file, not the properties

  • Existing properties can be used for future designs for @karii.patterns and @kariicreates

  • @karii.patterns and @kariicreates reserves the right to publish and/or sell exclusive designs for use on other mediums

  • You are allowed to sell finished product with the design - like printed fabric, children's clothing, bedding etc

  • You are not allowed to share, sublicense, donate, resell the files to third parties, in person or online

  • You may NOT upload designs to any Print on Demand websites including but not limited to Red Bubble, Society 6, Casetify, Threadless, Teepublic, Spoonflower etc

  • You can’t modify the original file. If you need help, please let me know by email hello@kariicreates.com or DM on Instagram @karii.patterns or @kariicreates

  • The colours can vary depending on your screen or printer. PLEASE PRINT A SAMPLE with your chosen printer to ensure you are happy with colour and scale before placing a bulk order

  • Please make sure to check your file before it goes to print. I cannot not take responsibility for any errors

  • Returns or exchanges not accepted, please let me know of the problem and I will try to help

  • All designs and elements are original artwork created and owned by Karina K Pigozne @karii.patterns & @kariicreates and therefore are copyright protected

  • By purchasing, you agree to the T&C written above.
